I think it is safe to say that running is a sport that is extremely popular in the western world. The reason is because it is very safe, and it requires the best of training and fitness to do well. But that being said, there is still a large portion of people out there that are not very successful in doing what they do. The fact is that there are many different types of running shoes, and each has its own set of pros and cons.
