walk soft shoes
We’ve all heard the adage, “you can’t walk in nothing but sandals!” I’ve even heard my dad swear that he can’t walk in his sandals. Why? Because sandals are made of rubber, they’re heavy, and they’re a pain to get off. But that’s not the main reason.
The main reason I walk in these soft shoes is that I think they are the perfect shoes for walking on the beach, since they make it so easy to slip on and off. Not only that, they also make it so easy to walk for long periods of time without stumbling. I take my walk shoes and my hiking boots to the beach when I need to break my long runs and have a quick pee. I can walk for 3 minutes in them, and that is the perfect amount of time.
I don’t have the exact number of times I’ve worn these shoes, but I have worn them to the beach countless times. Sometimes I wear them just for the walk and sometimes I’ll wear them for long periods of time. Both ways have been the best ways to go yet.
The same goes for your shoes. Your feet do the work for you, and you can do the work for yourself. It’s important to have sturdy, comfortable shoes to take the pounding of the beach, but so many of us are walking around in shoes that are too big, too small, and too comfortable. A good pair of walking shoes should fit comfortably and not cause pain in your feet even when your shoes are worn down or your feet are sore.
So if you’re walking around in shoes that you’re not even comfortable walking in, then you’re probably not walking enough.
I have always loved walking. I am an outdoor person, so one of the things I like to do to stay active is walking around. However, I started walking so seriously about a year ago that my shoes started to tear in the front. I was only wearing them about once a week, but with this new trend and my new love for walking, I decided to start walking every day.

It’s hard to walk on a treadmill when you’re wearing flat-soled shoes. The shoes are designed with a heel-toe drop to help distribute weight evenly throughout the shoe. But because my last pair of running shoes was so new, they were going to be worn out in a couple of weeks anyway, so I figured I might as well get a new pair and try walking with them.
The shoe’s heel-toe drop is a great feature, but the shoe’s design also helps distribute the weight of your foot to the point where it can’t feel any pain in your heel. If you don’t like the way the shoes feel, you don’t have to get a new pair. I’ve been walking for four days straight without a single issue, and I can tell it helps my running.
I dont think I have any negative comments about the shoes. I have used them for the first time more than a year ago in a race in which the shoes were my only competition. They definitely helped me get a good time, and it was great to feel the difference in the shoe, even though its not a huge difference.
