But really, the question really is what is the right way to exercise. There are many different types of exercise that can be done on the treadmill. When you are talking about exercises that you can do outdoors, then yes, that counts as exercise.
Actually, I have to say, I think it’s pretty easy to just say, “I just sit down and do some yoga. I don’t even have to do it.” I like a lot of different kinds of exercise too and I think that it’s important to recognize that there are different kinds of exercise. The best thing you can do is try to find what works for you and then stick to it.
I’m not a fan of yoga because I think its a complete waste of time. I am a fan of “hiking” and that is actually a great thing to do. I also like “running” because it helps you stay active and get a full cardiovascular workout. And that’s the best exercise you can do.
