best running shoes for metatarsalgia
I’ve been lucky enough to have no issues with my feet since I started running on a good foot two years ago. The biggest difference I’ve noticed is that after a while, the calluses develop on my feet that make it hard to run. Even though I’m a competitive runner, I don’t really like to have my feet callused, so I don’t really bother with the shoes at all.
